PP Shaun Ingraham visited Preston H. Albury Secondary School where he spoke with a tenth grade civics class. Topics covered included forms of government, specifically the structure of Bahamian Government, centralized verses transitional economies, touching on the main industries of the Bahamas along with the current national debt. Dialog...ue ensued as to what is being tried today to diversify our economy and what they felt were possible industries the Bahamas might pursue to alleviate the financial crisis we find ourselves in. PP Shaun also took the opportunity to encourage the students to pursue entrepreneurship with a view to building a strong financial community. His presentation was on point and the students were fully engaged.
